Nick Nesta’s Secret Emails & Attacks on Women exposed

and intimated and Harassed City Police Chief

At Apopka City Council, Nick Nesta is left speechless after being confronted by his own secret emails and about a pattern of misogynistic attacks against four women leaders in the community.

Commissioner Nadia Anderson revealed emails from Nick Nesta, who is also a candidate for Mayor, exposing his assistance in drafting a legal complaint against her before she took office. The emails included instructions stating:

“Please do not share this document with anyone or tell anyone that I assisted in the efforts.”

According to the documents presented during the meeting, the communications involved secret coordination with a law firm, which later filed the lawsuit, even after a judge dismissed the original complaint.

Further revealing a vindictive side of Nesta, Commissioner Anderson read another email from Nesta showing he assisted in filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation against her real estate license, in hopes of harming her professionally and affecting her ability to earn a living.

Commissioner Anderson also referenced additional incidents involving three other women in the community where Nesta tried to use law enforcement or his position as a council member to target and inflict legal pain. The three women are the Mayor’s wife, Debbie Nelson, Commissioner Christine Moore, and Apopka’s budget director. Anderson noted these incidents reflect a troubling pattern of behavior directed toward women involved in Apopka’s civic and political life.

During the meeting, Anderson asked for a public response from Commissioner Nesta.

Nesta said nothing.

The situation has raised serious questions about Nick Nesta’s treatment of women and his true character.

Incident involving 77 year old woman

A police report from the Apopka Police Department documents a confrontation that occurred on July 10, 2024 at Hick’s Seafood in Apopka.

According to the report, Debbie Nelson, wife of Apopka Mayor Bryan Nelson (who Nesta is running against currently for mayor), approached Commissioner Nick Nesta during a ribbon-cutting event and asked to speak privately regarding a previous city council meeting where her personal email address had been read aloud publicly.

During the conversation, Nelson reportedly touched Nesta on the shoulder while attempting to get his attention as he began to walk away.

Nesta then filed a police report on the
77 year old Mrs. Nelson for touching him, stating it was "battery".

Nesta was accused of inconsistencies on his two reports to law enforcement:

Allegations of Bullying Female Political Opponents

During the council meeting featured in the video above, Commissioner Nadia Anderson referenced additional incidents involving other women connected to Apopka city government.

Among those mentioned was Commissioner Christine Moore. That Commissioner Nick Nesta has engaged in a pattern of actions of a threatening or bullying nature, Christine Moore has not denied these claims.
